As correctly anticipated in my job request, my Vista O/S had become corrupted and system had to be reinstalled after confirming hardware was OK - back in the good old days such a reinstall used to be easy but these days with brand configured OEM windows software its not so easy for the layman especially if their recovery disks don't work for whatever reason and therefore takes time and is more convoluted- everything back on track and as Computech may come out to you for a pre-agreed fixed price , highly recommended. As the problem involved them coming to look at it they were very prompt coming around and got straight to the job! i found them very useful and they did an excellent job fixing my Laptop and I think it is very good value for the money. Gordon has helped me so much, my husband baught a second-hand desktop from a friend, it wasn't working well so I asked Gordon to look at it, he stripped it down and rebuilt it using parts from my old computer. He re-programmed it so that I could acess everything that I need easily. Gordon also set up my new laptop, he explained things so well, using terms that are easy to understand and not just jargon, as a novice with computors this is so important to me , his patience is endless.
